- All orders placed on weekdays by 2:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: while we strive to process all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen operational issues.
Shipping Methods
We offer always free shipping for all orders, regardless of the location within the U.S.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to all states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working to expand our international delivery services soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method, with an average delivery time of 5 days or less.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please send your request to usaproh@gmail.com or contact us at (937) 271-1400. Please have your order number ready. Cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance. If a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and contact the carrier.
